Reviews and Ratings
I was pleased with the spacious and clean rooms, but the size was a bit of a letdown considering it was labeled as a King suite. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with major sites just a few blocks away and subway stops nearby. The dining experience was on the pricey side, and I found the options underwhelming, especially given the cost.
I stayed at this hotel in Manhattan and found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious for a NYC hotel. However, the late check-in time of 4 pm or later can be frustrating for frequent travelers. The location is superb, near Korean Town and the Empire State Building, within walking distance to major attractions and shopping areas.
The hotel is nearly perfect in many aspects, although it could benefit from a refresh or modernization. The parking situation is a bit hectic with a steep fee of $73 for 24 hours, and the absence of a swimming pool is a downside.
My girls weekend at the hotel was mostly comfortable and clean, with a room that was sufficiently roomy. However, the air conditioning set not to go below 68 degrees made hotter days stifling and led to some uncomfortable nights. The room had a bigger closet and bathroom shelves but unfortunately had a funky smell that persisted.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were outfitted with high-quality furnishings and bedding, providing a comfortable experience. The service was exceptional, with extremely polite and helpful staff members. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway shows. The dining options, while a bit overpriced, were satisfactory. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
